Per Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), "processing" refers to any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not.
The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis for the processing of such data either under our own control or in conjunction with others.

Relevant legal bases:
In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we will inform you of the legal basis for our data processing. Unless the legal basis is mentioned in the data protection declaration, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for processing for the performance of our services and implementation of contractual measures as well as answering inquiries is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for processing to protect our legitimate interests is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data are collected by you communicating it to us. This can e.g. are data that you enter in a contact form.
Our IT systems automatically collect other data when you visit the website. These are primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access). These data are recorded automatically as soon as you enter our website.

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.

Processing of data (customer and contract data):
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. We only collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data), insofar as this is necessary to enable or bill the user for the use of the service.
The customer data collected will be deleted after the order has been completed or the business relationship has ended. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Contact form:
If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - especially retention periods - remain unaffected

Server data:
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information for technical reasons in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us, to ensure a secure and stable website. These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the website from which you came (referrer URL), the webpages on our site visited, the date and time of your visit, as well as the IP address from which you visited our site.
The data cannot be assigned to specific people. The data are not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
The basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.

We and our partners use cookies to provide the relevant services. This also applies if you visit our website or access our services.
Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies stored on your computer by your browser. Cookies are useful and can be used for different purposes. These include e.g. easier navigation between different pages, automatic activation of certain functions, saving your settings and optimized access to our services.

Cooperation with processors and third parties:

The rights of users and data subjects:
With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
•    to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
•    to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);
•    to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
•    to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
•    to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).
In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL encryption.

Use of WebAnalytics:
We use 1 & 1 Ionos WebAnalytics. Tracking and logging are activated by default. The data are determined either by a pixel or by a log file. To protect personal data, 1 & 1 Ionos WebAnalytics does not use cookies. 1 & 1 does not store personal data of website visitors so that no conclusions can be drawn about the individual visitors. The following data is collected:

    Referrer (previously visited website)
    Requested website or file
    Browser type and version
    Operating system used
    Device type used
    Time of access
    IP address in anonymous form (only used to determine the location of the access)

In 1 & 1 Ionos WebAnalytics, data are only collected for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website. There are no data available to third parties.

Deletion of data:
The data processed by us is deleted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR or its processing is restricted. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements. If the data are not deleted because they are required for other and legally permissible purposes, their processing will be restricted. That the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies e.g. for data that must be kept for commercial or tax law reasons.

According to legal requirements in Germany, storage is carried out in particular for 10 years in accordance with §§ 147 Paragraph 1 AO, 257 Paragraph 1 No. 1 and 4, Paragraph 4 HGB (books, records, management reports, accounting documents, trading books, more relevant for taxation Documents, etc.) and 6 years according to § 257 Paragraph 1 No. 2 and 3, Paragraph 4 HGB (commercial letters).
According to legal requirements in Austria, storage is carried out for 7 years in particular in accordance with Section 132 (1) BAO (accounting documents, receipts / invoices, accounts, receipts, business papers, statement of income and expenses, etc.) for 22 years in connection with land and for 10 years for documents in connection with electronically provided services, telecommunication, radio and television services, which are provided to non-entrepreneurs in EU member states and for which the Mini-One-Stop-Shop (MOSS) is used.
