Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Fresh bed linen and towels will be put at your disposal after 7 days.
50 % of the rent is due upon booking, 50 % 30 days prior to arrival.

The rent comprises all secondary costs, such as heating, water, electricity, end cleaning, taxes etc.
Resort tax:
The only additional fees are the resort tax of the community that grants you many reductions. This resort tax amounts to 3,10 €/day/adults and juveniles from 17; 1,55 €/day/children from 7-16.
Terms of Cancellation:
In the case of cancellation after booking 90 % of the rent are due. Yet the cancelled period of time will be reported available immediately. Should another tenant be found no cancellation fees incur.
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out until 10 am.
Handover of the keys on site. Details will be communicated upon booking.
Riding Lessons:
At the stables located on the estate riding lessons on a school horse are available for children and adults. Riding lessons may be agreed on upon arrival with the riding teacher. We kindly ask you to coordinate the possible availability with the riding teacher.
