The comfortable bright and inviting 4-star-holiday house (rated by the German Tourism Association) in chalet style that you inhabit alone. The spacious design of 100 sqm of living space offers plenty of room for five persons. The apartment of the holiday house is located on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs.

The winter garden  and adjacent garden are located on the ground floor on the west side of the holiday house and have a separate entry, do not communicate therefore with the apartment.

Around the year the holiday house is an ideal destination for dog owners, nature and horse lovers,  families with children and people seeking peace and quiet.

Large living room featuring an elegant leather sofa group, a genuine oriental carpet, satellite flatscreen TV,  with a large array of programmes, DVD player, wall shelves in solid wood with a wide selection of reading, DVDs and games.

Bright pure linen curtains throughout the entire apartment. All the windows afford wonderful views of the corrals, meadows and fantastic mountain scenery.

Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. 

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen size bed with elegant sheets, nightstands, chest of drawers with large mirror, a sitting area with sofa bed sleeping one person and an armchair, carpet and a rotatable satellite television. A baby travel bed with a high-quality mattress can be added.

The elegantly furnished second double bedroom boasts a queen size bed, nightstands, chest of drawers and coat hangers. The window affords beautiful views of the corrals against the fascinating backdrop of the Alps.

The cosy single room holds a comfortable bed in cottage style, a nightstand, chair and elegant wardrobe. An baby travel bed may be added.

The perfectly equipped kitchen-dining room boasts a comfortable dining corner for up to six persons (large dining table and six chairs), a granite countertop, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator with a deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, all appliances (toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine etc.), tableware, pots and pans and a large display cabinet. All you might ever need for self-catering.

The hallway has a full-length mirror, shoe racks, large cabinet and wardrobe.

Bathroom with shower, washbasin with high-quality mirror cabinet, cosmetic mirror, dresser with four drawers, washer and dryer of your own with unlimited use free of charge. Of course towels are also at your disposal as well as a hair-dryer. Separate toilet with washbasin and mirror, and exterior window.

Winter Garden and Garden

There is a spacious winter garden with a dining area, wood stove, cabinets and traditional curtains that allows you to celebrate in the sun even during the cold season. The adjacent garden with its manicured lawn and flower beds provides everything you need for relaxation – lawn recliners, high quality garden lounge furniture, parasols and a grill place with grill. The garden is fenced in entirely and therefore safe for dogs. Direct access to a hiking trail. The winter garden and garden do not communicate directly with the apartment and have a separate entrance.
